Welcoming Our New Board of Education for 2026–2030
We're pleased to welcome our new Abbotsford Board of Education! On November 3, 2026, seven trustees were officially sworn into office, marking the beginning of their four-year term.
During the meeting, Rhonda Pauls was selected to serve as Board Chair, alongside Arsh Kaler as Vice Chair.

Together, our trustees will help guide the direction of our district, supporting more than 20,000 students across our 46 schools.
As we welcome our new Board, we're also continuing the important work outlined in our 2024–2028 Strategic Plan, with a focus on Student Success, Optimized Resources, Engaging Opportunities and a Progressive Workforce.
We're looking forward to working together with our trustees, staff, families and community partners over the next four years as we continue preparing and inspiring our students for a lifetime of success.
